Universal Insight — Ops Dashboard

An internal program to monitor and report on employee computer activity across 9 configurable tracking modules — screenshots, keystrokes, file transfers, a password manager, proxy history, and remote terminal access among them. Led a team of 3 developers. Scope grew from an initial 7,000 ₽ quote to 100,000 ₽, but stalled for months on unclear requirements and a stuck backend partner.

The front-end shipped complete and bug-free — but the client never sold the finished product, and the engagement ended without full payment. A formative lesson: get a written scope and contract before starting work.
